About Us

Joseph began his career as a small business owner in 1997, running a retail/wholesale bakery. This experience laid the foundation for understanding how businesses operate and the unique needs employers face. Building on this knowledge, he became a financial planner in 2001 serving small business owners and building employee benefit plans  while being mindful of cost and liquidity needs. Since 2005, Joseph has been guiding businesses in the US commercial aviation and food manufacturing sectors, providing leadership and financial experience supporting operations, human resources, benefits and compensation. His professional network opens up doors to a wide variety of consulting needs.
